A mineral tank – also known as a media tank – is the main holding container for non-cartridge based water purification systems. Mineral filters can be used in conjunction with water softeners, iron filters and other types of media. These tanks are offered with various widths of 6” – 36”.
A carbon filter with granular activated carbon (GAC) is a proven option to remove certain chemicals, particularly organic chemicals, from water. GAC filters also can be used to remove chemicals that give objectionable odors or tastes to water such as hydrogen sulfide (the familiar ‘rotten eggs’ odor) or chlorine.
Sediment filtration is an effective method for reducing turbidity in water caused by the presence of suspended solids such as sand, silt, or clay. Sediment filters are also commonly used in combination with other processes such as activated carbon filtration, aeration, ozonation, or chlorination.

A Professional or Twin Alternating softener unit works by having one tank remove hardness while the other is regenerating. The first tank is full of resin that is saturated in sodium ions. As water is going through the cycle, the resin attracts the calcium and magnesium ions that make the water hard. Up to 480,000 grain capacity.
Ozone water treatment begins with the creation of ozone in an ozone generator. Then ozone is injected into water, and immediately starts oxidizing and eliminating contaminants, such as bacteria, viruses, and metals. Ozone oxidizes the organic material in the membranes of bacteria, viruses, and parasites, destroying them.
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water filtration solution system that removes impurities from a raw water source. It forces pressured water through a membrane, capturing a concentrate of the impurities that were in the raw water, and leaving you with pure water to use in production. Reverse osmosis systems can reject 99.9% of bacteria, making it highly effective for commercial use. Our systems produce 300 – 40,000 GPD.
